Practice the shift
before the shift.
Irinza lets you chart, order, triage and document on fictional patients, with a coach that checks your work. Your first day on a new hospital system shouldn't be your first time using one.
- No sign-up to try
- Runs in your browser
- Fictional patients only

Made for
Would you catch it?
Four quick cases, the kind Irinza puts in front of you every day. Read the chart and make the call.
- About 60 seconds
- No email, no account, nothing saved
- Every answer explains why
Fictional patients, simplified for teaching. Always follow your facility's policies and the prescriber's orders.
What do you do?
Recorded in the real simulator.
Short narrated demos with captions, so they work with the sound off too.
Learn it. Practice it. Prove it.
Every department follows the same three steps, so the skills build the way they do on the floor.
A coach that waits for you to do it.
Guided walkthroughs put a coach on screen. On "Your turn" steps it doesn't move on until you've actually done the work. Stuck? Press "Show me" and watch it done.
- A guided walkthrough for every department
- Steps turn green when the system sees them done

Make the mistake here, not on the floor.
Work real workflows on fictional patients: orders, triage, medication safety, blood products, documentation. When something's wrong, Irinza stops you and tells you why.
- Hard stops for wrong-class allergies, dosing errors and mismatched blood
- Patients with realistic histories, and a few surprises
- Reset and run any scenario again

A certificate anyone can verify.
A scored Teach-Back assessment mixes questions with hands-on tasks. Pass it and earn an Irinza proficiency certificate with a unique ID that employers can check.
- One certificate for each department you pass
- Ready-made wording for LinkedIn and your resume
- An Irinza training certificate, not a vendor credential

Know what's missing before you sign.
A completion gauge fills as you chart. Click it to see exactly what's still needed and jump straight to it.
- On triage, assessments, pre-op, PACU, labor & delivery and more
- Safety checks still apply, even at 100%

Questions, answered.
Is Irinza the same as my hospital's EHR?
No. Irinza is an independent training simulator built around common hospital workflows. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Epic Systems Corporation, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH or any other EHR vendor, and it does not copy their software. Screens at your hospital will look different, but the workflows and safety habits carry over.
Is the certificate an Epic (or other vendor) certification?
No. You earn an Irinza proficiency certificate showing you completed Irinza training and passed its assessment. It is not a vendor certification or credential, and it is not a license to practice.
Does it use real patient data?
Never. Every patient, record and scenario in Irinza is fictional. Please don't enter real patient information.
What do I need to use it?
A laptop or desktop with an up-to-date Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser. Irinza is built for full-size screens, so phones and tablets aren't supported at launch.
When does it launch?
The public launch is early 2027. Waitlist members get early access a few weeks before that, and their founding-member price by email.
What happens to my email?
We use it only to tell you about the Irinza launch and your founding offer. We don't sell or share it, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Details are in our privacy notice.
Can my team or company use it?
Yes. The Enterprise plan covers up to 10 users, and larger organizations can ask about Institution plans at support@irinza.com.
Is this medical or clinical advice?
No. Irinza is for education and training only. Always follow your organization's policies, protocols and clinical judgment.
